Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct before placing an order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Good Dog Art Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, customs delays, or lost packages.

If your package appears lost, we'll gladly help you file a claim with the carrier.
